Ms. Smotrova is a well-known author and speaker with more than 20 years of business development and proposal management experience. She’s worked for Lockheed Martin and Raytheon, consulted for Northrop Grumman and General Dynamics, and provided training and proposal support to Federal agencies like NASA and Treasury, and businesses of varying sizes. Will this material apply to large companies or just small businesses?

This material applies to both, although small businesses can (and have) successfully used it to grow.
