We’re excited to announce the 2026 TEDCO BRIDGE Proposal Lab Cohort 2, delivered in partnership with OST Global Solutions. This cohort brings together high-potential SEDI and Very Small Businesses (VSBs) ready to turn strong solutions into winnable federal pursuits.

Over the coming months, these companies will receive targeted training, hands-on coaching, and mentorship designed to sharpen their business development approach, strengthen capture discipline, and produce proposals that score.

Because interest in BRIDGE continues to exceed available seats, TEDCO has also selected alternate awardees. Alternates may be invited to join Cohort 2 if a selected participant is unable to meet program requirements, including scheduled training and full participation.

Program Context

The BRIDGE Proposal Lab is a government-funded accelerator for Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Individuals (SEDI) and Very Small Businesses (VSBs) with fewer than 250 employees in Maryland, DC, Virginia, and Delaware.

Participants receive:

  • 310 hours of instruction and coaching across business development, capture, and proposal development
  • Hands-on pursuit workshops aligned to real federal opportunities
  • Certified training through OST’s U.S. Department of Labor–recognized Apprenticeship program
  • Tailored mentorship and teaming support from OST and TEDCO experts
  • Access to WinMoreBD.ai, OST’s proprietary AI platform for smarter pipeline building
  • Alumni network membership to expand relationships and strengthen future bids

Why This Matters

Federal contracting rewards companies that can do three things consistently: qualify the right work, position early, and execute compliant proposals under deadline. BRIDGE is built to help companies build that operating rhythm, so they can compete more effectively and pursue growth with discipline.
