Compete to Win: Apply to TEDCO’s BRIDGE Proposal Lab Cohort 2
TEDCO, the Maryland Technology Development Corporation, is now accepting applications for Cohort 2 of the BRIDGE Proposal Lab, a cohort-based training and advisory program designed to help Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Individuals (SEDIs) and Very Small Businesses (VSBs) compete for and win federal contracts and grants.
The program serves firms operating in Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. Cohort 2 begins on January 26, 2026.
Applications are competitive. Seats are limited.
Why This Matters
Federal awards can accelerate growth, but many emerging firms face real barriers: limited capture infrastructure, unfamiliar compliance requirements, and insufficient proposal capacity.
The BRIDGE Proposal Lab addresses those gaps with structured training and hands-on support so firms can build repeatable, fundable proposals and compete with confidence.
What You Will Gain
Participants receive:
· OST’s Government BD and proposal training through a structured curriculum
· Practical tools and templates to improve compliance and proposal quality
· Advisory support to strengthen strategy, positioning, and execution
· Peer learning and cohort accountability that keeps momentum through the full cycle
This is not a webinar series. It is a sustained program built to help firms pursue real opportunities with discipline and measurable progress. Companies will:
· Develop a Pipeline(s),
· Complete Capture and Proposal Responses
· Submit Proposals
Who Should Apply
The BRIDGE Proposal Lab is designed for:
· SEDI-owned or Very Small Businesses (VSBs)
· Companies operating in MD, DE, VA, or Washington, D.C.
· Teams ready to pursue federal contracts or grants
· Applicants prepared to commit to structured training and business development
Important Updates for Cohort 2

Applicants must complete both steps in the correct order:
1. Apply to the BRIDGE Proposal Lab through OST
2. Register with TEDCO
Both steps are required. Completing them out of order may delay your application.
To allow more qualified companies to apply, the Cohort 2 application deadline has been extended to January 15, 2026. Cohort 2 will begin on January 26, 2026. Final dates and onboarding details will be shared with accepted participants and maintained on the program page.
