The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) plans to release a solicitation in July 2025 for its upcoming Contract Operations for Missile Evaluation and Testing (COMET) program. COMET is a full-and-open, multi-award IDIQ contract expected to span 10 years (5-year base plus a 5-year option), supporting the Missile and Space Intelligence Center (MSIC).
Scope of Work
COMET will provide research, development, sustainment, and analysis services across a range of hardware, software, systems, and foundational military intelligence (FMI) domains. Security Requirements
While Task Orders may not always be classified, all bidders must hold a TOP SECRET facility clearance and provide staff cleared at the TS/SCI level. This clearance must be in place prior to award and task order execution, even if the work is conducted offsite.
