The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) is preparing to release the Missile Defense IT Operations and Engineering Solutions (MIOES) contract, a $3.6 billion IDIQ with a full and open competition expected in May 2025. The contract will provide mission-critical IT enterprise services, cybersecurity, and operations support at Schriever Space Force Base, CO, over a potential eight-year period.
With over 65% of contract value centered on Enterprise IT and RDT&E services, teaming strategies will be critical for success. The scope includes:
- TA1: Enterprise IT and RDT&E IT Services
- TA2: MDS Mission IT Support and Solutions
- TA3: MDS Mission Operations
- TA4: MDIOC Facility Operations & Sustainment
- TA5: Systems Engineering & Program Integration
