Key Developments in the Alliant 3 Solicitation Process

The Alliant 3 RFP has been issued, and GSA is providing various resources to aid your preparation:

Pre-Proposal Conference: An optional pre-proposal conference will be recorded and released online, offering an overview of the Alliant 3 RFP. This conference will not introduce new information, but it will help clarify existing details. Access information for the recording will be announced shortly.

Submission Portal: The Alliant 3 Submission Portal is open for registration at idiq.gsa.gov. Offerors are instructed to review the solicitation requirements on SAM.gov and watch for the pre-proposal conference recording.

Q&A Process: All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted via the Google Form available at https://forms.gle/Y6ExEXmRqNQsmJM97 no later than July 26, 2024, by 4:00 p.m. ET. GSA will respond to questions on SAM.gov by August 23, 2024.

Proposal Submission Deadline: Proposals must be submitted by October 28, 2024, by 4:00 p.m. ET. Late submissions will not be considered for evaluation.
