While our internships are unpaid, we estimate that the educational value through our staff’s time spent training you, our training courses, fees we pay for your attendance at events, resume makeover, and other perks, are well worth over $26,500 per semester! The non-monetary benefits are exponential.
What’s it like?
Internships require 15-20 hours per week for up to 12 weeks, depending on your internship project. (This can be adjusted to meet specific hour requirements for academic purposes.) Internships are currently available for our Summer and/or Fall, 2011 programs.
Your internship will be based on your career goals and on the needs of the organization. We will train you and give you all the tools you need to be successful. Some of the work may be completed virtually, so you don’t have to plan to work all the time onsite.
Because most of our work is done with the U.S. Government, U.S. Citizenship or Permanent

Your projects will include:

Implementing customer attraction, satisfaction, and retention program

Overseeing proper client and consultant intake, and following up after project completion
Checking on the existing clients as to how well OST is doing and how we could help them more.
Managing call campaigns to OST’s customers and prospects
Following up with the existing clients and prospective customers
Overseeing proper maintenance, updates, and back up of OST’s customer relationship management (CRM) system
Issuing and keeping track of customer satisfaction surveys as well as requesting and tracking testimonials for OST’s work.

Business Developer
OST Global Solutions is seeking a business developer to help us further build our consulting and training practice in the subject areas of business development, capture, and proposal management. The duties include:
Finding new clients for OST in the government contractor customer base
Making sales calls and visiting potential clients
Closing sales to place consultants on the jobs and/or schedule corporate training
Working closely with our consulting division lead and other team members to match the right people to the right jobs
Responding to OST’s customer and prospect inquiries
Overseeing proper client intake, and following up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction
Following up with OST’s customers and prospects on a regular basis to discover new opportunities
Launching and implementing customer attraction, satisfaction, and retention program
Overseeing and maintaining OST’s customer relationship management (CRM) system
This is a full-time position with a mostly commission-based compensation that depends on your ability to deliver tangible results. We have all the tools and resources but we need you to put them to work.
