President

Bill brings more than 30 years of business development growth and government contracting experience spanning small businesses, major organizations such as Lockheed Martin, and both the private and public sectors. As President, he leads OST’s strategic direction and operational performance.

Andres leads capture and proposal management across OST’s federal pursuits. He guides opportunities from capture strategy and early planning through content development, compliance review, and final submission.
