Applications Due November 20, 2026 | Program Begins January 5, 2027
TEDCO is now accepting applications for Cohort 4 of the BRIDGE Proposal Lab, delivered by OST Global Solutions!
This free, hands-on business development program helps socially and economically disadvantaged individual-owned businesses (SEDIs) and very small businesses (VSBs) strengthen their federal contracting capabilities and make meaningful progress toward competing for government contracts and grants.
Designed for eligible businesses operating in Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, and Washington, D.C., the BRIDGE Proposal Lab combines structured training, expert guidance, and practical application to help participants move from identifying opportunities to actively pursuing them.
More Than Training. Real Federal Business Development.
Federal contracting success requires more than finding opportunities. Businesses need a qualified pipeline, a clear capture strategy, competitive positioning, and the ability to develop compliant, compelling proposals.
The BRIDGE Proposal Lab helps participants build these capabilities while applying what they learn to real business development activities.
Selected participants will receive:
- Government Business Development Training: Access to OST’s self-paced curriculum covering federal business development, capture, and proposal management.
- Hands-On Workshops and Coaching: Practical guidance to identify and qualify opportunities, develop pipelines, strengthen win strategies, and advance active pursuits.
- Proposal Development Support: Tools, templates, and expert guidance for proposal planning, compliance, development, and reviews.
- Teaming and Networking Opportunities: Opportunities to connect with other businesses, explore potential partnerships, and build relationships that extend beyond the program.
- AI-Powered Tools: Access to WinMoreBD.ai during the program’s active pursuit period to support business development and proposal preparation.
This is not simply a training series. Participants are expected to actively engage, apply what they learn between workshops, and make progress toward their federal contracting goals.
Who Should Apply?
The program is intended for SEDI-owned businesses and VSBs operating in Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, or Washington, D.C., that are ready to pursue federal opportunities and commit to hands-on business development activities.
Applications are competitive, and space is limited.
