The Department of the Army’s Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Chemical Biological Center has released its long-anticipated solicitation (W911SR25RA002). This is a five-year, $79 million IDIQ set aside for small businesses, supporting administrative and strategic services across the chemical-biological defense mission space.
Proposals are due by 5:00 p.m. ET on July 11, 2025. Questions are due June 17.
