Latest Awards: GSA recently announced 118 more winners in the Unrestricted track and released new award lists for all five Small Business tracks (8(a), HUBZone, WOSB, SDVOSB, Total SB). Notices to Proceed are expected soon.
Phase II Expansion: GSA’s Request for Information (RFI) confirmed five additional domains:
- Financial Services
- Human Capital
- Social Services
- Marketing & Public Relations
- Business Administration
Timeline: GSA’s August 2025 Q&A clarified that Phase II will follow the same scorecard model as Phase I, with on-ramps opening to new entrants and domain expansion for current awardees.
Scope: OASIS+ replaces legacy OASIS vehicles and will channel an estimated $60 billion+ in task orders across professional-services disciplines.
Contract Ceiling: None. Task orders are open only to awardees, with limited on-ramp windows.
