The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is expected to release solicitation documents in early 2023 for its IT-based multiple award indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) J6 Enterprise Technology Services (JETS) 2.0. This is the follow-on contract to DLA’s initial JETS suite of contracts: J6 Enterprise Technology Services, JETS Group A (Small Business), and JETS Group B (8(a)).
JETS 2.0 is positioned to become DLA’s primary IT services and operations vehicle for the next decade, and the agency may consolidate stand-alone IT requirements. The agency has not yet released its plans for small business participation or the total number of awards.
DLA is seeking contractors offering a full range of IT, technical, and management services supporting 50+ systems and administrative program management offices across the agency, including IT program offices and DLA Information Operations (J6) Office. According to a draft Statement of Work (SOW) issued by the agency, JETS 2.0 will also support the DLA IT R&D program, which executes programs and projects for all of DLA participating in programs in the Defense Industrial Base Manufacturing and Small Business Innovation Research areas.

Developing a Winning Cost Volume course helps you increase your federal contract win probability. We focus on government contract evaluation, pricing fundamentals such as cost buildup and cost volume elements, price strategy, developing basis of estimate (BOE), coming up with assumptions, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), cost volume narrative, winning in lowest price technically acceptable proposals (LPTA), and much more.
This Government Business Development training offers essential skills in professional business development for government contractors selling services and solutions to the Federal Government. The two-day course begins with an overview of the Federal business development (BD) process and what it takes to succeed in the profession. It proceeds to the basics of U.S. Government business.
The course uses a real bid opportunity to practice all the capture steps in hands-on exercises using typical tools available to business developers and capture managers. Participants practice developing key elements of a capture plan using a capture plan template provided with the course, and brainstorm on win strategy using a case study.
