The General Services Administration (GSA) is expanding OASIS+ (One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus)—its next-generation professional services contract vehicle. A new Request for Information (RFI) seeks industry feedback on five potential new domains.
This is your opportunity to shape the scope, NAICS structure, and eligibility criteria before the next major governmentwide acquisition contract is finalized.
Responses are due by 5:00 PM ET on July 8, 2025.

Phase II Domains Under Consideration
GSA is evaluating five additional domains that expand beyond the eight awarded in Phase I. Each domain represents a broad set of NAICS codes and service types, with functional areas designed to match agency needs.
Proposed Domains:
- Business Administration: Administrative support, document management, language services, scheduling, and data entry
- Financial Services: Accounting, audit readiness, budget analysis, and financial reporting
- Human Capital: HR operations, organizational development, training, and DEIA consulting
- Marketing & Public Relations: Public affairs, outreach strategy, media and campaign planning
- Social Services: Behavioral health support, case management, and community programming
Under OASIS+, a company that qualifies for a domain automatically qualifies for all NAICS codes within that domain, though small/large status varies by code. This makes early positioning essential, especially for small businesses planning to team or expand into new areas.
