The General Services Administration (GSA) said bidders must notify the agency by this Friday, October 7, 2022, if they are experiencing delays using SAM.gov that could affect their ability to submit their proposals in two of the competition pools for Polaris, an IT Services Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) with no contract ceiling.

There are four competition pools in which bidders can compete for Polaris. Proposals for the Small Business (SB) and Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) pools are due this Friday, October 7, 2022 by 4:00 pm ET. Proposals for the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZone) competition categories are due November 4.

Contractors looking to bid in the SDVOSB and HUBZone competition categories must notify GSA by this Friday if they’re having any trouble accessing information they need to submit their proposals vis the Polaris Submission Portal (PSP). Delays with entity validation in SAM.gov created problems for some bidders in the SB and WOSB categories, and GSA is looking to avoid similar issues in the other two pools.

GSA also made small changes to the Polaris scorecard in the SDVOSB and HUBZone solicitations.
