Alliant 3 Proposal Deadline Extended to February 22, 2025

The General Services Administration (GSA) has issued an amendment to the Alliant 3 solicitation, extending the proposal deadline to February 22, 2025. With a $75 billion ceiling value and an estimated 76 awards, Alliant 3 is one of the largest IT-focused Governmentwide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs) in federal procurement. This extension gives offerors critical extra time to optimize their proposals and ensure compliance.

  • Redaction for Attestation Statements: Partial redaction authorized for federal contracts to protect sensitive information on Attachment J.P-3.
  • Password-Protected Financial Documents: Offerors can now submit the GSA Form 527 and related financial documents in a password-protected format (optional), using the newly released J.P-10 (Version 4).
